Kirsten's Collection....Squeeeeeeeal!!!!

2

Call me crazy...go ahead, it's fine.  I drove 3.5 hours one way today to Savannah, Georgia, to pick up a lot of Kirsten items I found on Craigslist. The best part: it was only $250. I will easily make that money back by selling off duplicate pieces, including the Kirsten doll. Not only was it a lot, but it practically filled in my entire collection, so now, I'm only missing a few pieces!  In fact, the only two furniture pieces I'm now missing are her bed and bedside table.  Woo hoo!  In honor of my now almost complete collection, I took some catalog-like photos of Kirsten's stories, and everything that is included :)

Kirsten's School Story
I am now missing the actual slate bag, and the piece of chalk.

Kirsten's Christmas Story

I am now missing one Saint Lucia bun, the candle that goes in the candle holder, and the blue tray.

Kirsten's Birthday Story

I am now missing Kirsten's daisy wreath, the pitcher, the heart shaped cake, Mama cat, and the little quilt square.

Kirsten's Summer Story

I am now missing one honey pot, one fish, fishing pole, one frog, two crickets, and the bird whistle.

Kirsten's Winter Story

Winter story is complete!  Not pictured is the skirt to her flannel underwear, but I found it after taking the photo :)

Also not pictured are the last two pages in the catalog of Kirsten's collection, Kirsten's Treasures and Collections.  Today I got the trunk, the candle and candleholder from her Nighttime Necessities, her housecoat and one sockor.  This leaves me missing her bed, her washstand, her Book of Fables, her footstove, and her Dirndl and Kerchief.

Yaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyy :) :) :)
